What counts as one LLC?
One legal entity (Limited Liability Company, LP, S-Corp, or sole-proprietor DBA) with its own EIN or its own bank account that you're tracking separately. Add as many as you need at the same flat price.
What's not included?
Inventory tracking, payroll, vendor accounts payable, bill pay, tax filing, mobile apps, and multi-user collaboration. We focus on multi-LLC bookkeeping for real estate operators. For other workflows you'll want a different tool — we recommend Bill.com for AP and Gusto for payroll.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual billing is two months free. We don't offer additional discounts at launch. Founders pricing ($99/month) is the lowest the product will ever cost; once the founders cohort closes, the Standard tier becomes the only available rate.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing support@flatbooks.app. Your data remains exportable for 30 days after cancellation. After 30 days it's permanently deleted (no backups). See refund policy for proration details.
How is my data protected?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Bank credentials are handled by Plaid (we never see them). Card data is handled by Paddle (we never see card numbers). See privacy policy and security disclosure.
